Tenant Screening:

We will obtain credit reports when your agreements allow. These are specially designed for tenet screening which will not affect their credit scores. We will verify and analyze all the information you provide us as well as the credit reports to determine your customer/renters creditworthiness. We will make our recommendations to you most of the time within 24-48 hours.

The standard cost for this service for residential tenants is $35.00 per person for the first two adult applicants plus $10.00 for each additional adult applicant. The cost for Commercial Tenants is $50.00 per applicant.

In addition, we can also obtain a more comprehensive credit/eviction report and we can run criminal background checks. With these additions the cost is $65.00 per person.
