We offer customized collection solutions to fit your specific needs.  Our fee rate is based on ageing which affects liquidity not balance size.  All fees are contingent upon collections.  No collection, no fee. Our fees are well below industry averages.

Commercial Claims- 20%

All Consumer debt is at a 35% fee rate.

If it is determined that a claim needs to be forwarded to an attorney, the fee rate for commercial claims is 40% and consumer is 45%;out of which IBS,LLC pays the attorney.  No claim will be forwarded without client approval.

IBS Collection Services is on-line with all three consumer credit bureau's as well as commercial credit bureau's.
